Sunil has over 23+ years of global (US, South Asia, Middle East, Africa, Russia, and China) leadership level experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity (investing and portfolio company management), corporate development, and strategy and operations consulting with preeminent firms such as, Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers, The Abraaj Group, and GE Capital. In the last 9 years, Sunil has successfully originated and advised in c. over USD 5 Billion in successful placements of equity and debt; including, several multi-jurisdictional transactions.
Sunil has been actively involved in advising financial sponsors and strategic buyers in building world-class sector-specific platforms through acquisitions. He also has hands-on operating experience in the healthcare industry.
Sunil graduated with an MBA from INSEAD, has a B.Sc. degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and has attended an Advanced Program in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering at Cornell University. He also has certifications in Machine Learning, Analytics, Data Science, and IoT from Stanford University, Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania), John Hopkins University, and Columbia University.
Sailesh has over 10+ years of investment banking experience having worked on several listed and marquee transactions across various sectors, including Healthcare. Sailesh has worked with EY, as part of their Transaction Advisory Services team were he was part of 50+ business valuation engagements covering both regulatory and transaction valuations. Prior to that, Sailesh was with Finquest Capital, a boutique investment bank based in Mumbai.
Sailesh has a B.Com (Hons) and an MBA (Finance) degree from Sri Sathya Sai University in India and is a CFA Charterholder.
Lakshmikant has over 6+ years of investment banking experience having worked on several mandates including cross-border M&A, equity and debt financings across various sectors. Before that, he had been with Tata Securities Ltd (Investment banking division), where he was involved with a few successful cross border M&A transactions and has extensively worked on valuation models (multiples/DCF), teasers, pitch books, IM’s and conducted due diligence process.
Lakshmikant has a B.A. (Hons. – Economics) and M.A. (Economics) degree as well as an MBA (Finance) from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning.
Jose has been in business since 1988, mainly in the Export Business of Industrial Parts and Equipment to South America. He brings his industrial experience to our team helping him understand the intricacies of Industrial, Manufacturing and Testing Companies. In fact his first M&A transaction was the $8.1M sale of a Specialty Materials Testing laboratory. He joined our team 4 years ago and has brought his own business experience along to guide us in the ins and outs of the business world. Jose clearly understands the Seller’s and Buyer’s needs, thus facilitating these types of transactions.
Jose has a degree in Architecture from the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology). The study of Architecture has given Jose the ability to take a look at a problem in its parts and find an optimum solution putting them all together to make them work as one complete solution. Problem solving is his forte.
